Due to the escalating cost of Gold the intrinsic value of
the gold and silver mirrors in these premium solar tubes
added to the value of the Pyrex Glass to recycle to glassblowers
exceeds the price we are charging for these solar tubes.
While we want to see these get into the hands of those who
real need them, we ask that you carefully plan your system
and buy only the fewest number of tubes you really need.
We are currently limiting any single buyer or any single
sale to 49 tubes for pick-up or 48 tubes to ship.
This is to discourage gold speculators who have repeatedly
attempted to buy out our entire inventory at these ridiculously
low prices, just to smash the solar tubes and use a cyanide
bath to recover the gold.
For this reason, our price structure actually discourages
volume buying and greed.
If you need more tubes, you should go to our eBay sales,
where you will often find a better deal. Be aware, however,
that due to rampant gold speculation with gold at 1000.00
per ounce plus; that we have designated a very limited number
of tubes to go to the eBay sales, and when those are gone,
we will then be holding back the balance of the inventory
